Our masterplan for the Northcote residential development Lake Road comprises a four-storey apartment building with 15 apartment units and 14 terraced houses.

The development features rectangular forms visually accentuated by roof recesses, as well as wraparound elements that mirror the site boundary and provide a pleasing eyeline surrounding the building.

A single-car garage space sits at ground level, where residents can also find a bathroom, laundry area, and multi-purpose room — the latter serving to offer modern live-work options for future occupants.
