We’ve been working with client Kāinga Ora designing 22 brand new warm, dry, safe two-storey state family homes that will exceed Healthy Homes Compliance and will be built to Homestar 6 accredited standards. Three of these homes will feature Full Universal Design and full wheelchair accessibility standards with downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and level access to the outdoors.

Deconstruction of six old houses in Holmes Drive, West Harbour, Auckland has now been completed in preparation for construction. All native species trees identified for retention during Iwi and other community stakeholder engagement remain on site, with root bulbs protected ready for the next phase to ensure their survival. Soil remediation is due to start in the next few weeks once resource consent has been granted.
