Movember participants, known as Mo Bros and Mo Sisters, sign up at movember.com and choose to either Grow a Moustache, MOve by walking or running 60 km, Host a Mo-ment by gathering friends or create their own challenge with Mo Your Own Way.
The funds raised each year go towards programmes targeted at prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
