Elevating the quality of our design work is a company-wide, strategic focus. Context’s Design Quality programme supports this focus. While quality design should be a part of everyday life at Context, we set aside Thursdays to engage in, and support, design thinking and practises. These lunchtime sessions bring all the company together (online and onsite), to solve design problems, brainstorm new ideas, design future worlds and more. It’s an inclusive, enjoyable hour.

Recently, we held an extended all company design session in the Auckland studio. It was a great day, with lots of creativity, friendly rivalry and fun.
