Firstly, we participated in the annual Round the Bays fun run. We joined around 20,000 other participants walking, jogging, and running along the Waitematā Harbour coastline before finishing at St Heliers.

Juan Cruz Alvarado was the star of the show for Context, running the race in 00:41:26 – not bad considering the overall winner set a new course record of 00:24:48.

The sausage sizzle at the end made it all worthwhile. Bring on the bays in 2024!

Next up, we competed in the Arch & Craft draft beer making competition. The annual event, specifically for architects, includes brewing, naming, and branding a beer. Step forward team Context who won over the judges with their Dirty Water brand of wheat beer.
