We use virtual building technology like virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), 3D capture, BIMx, along with the most up-to-date software packages, 3D printers, and drone technology to give our clients a deeper, more nuanced understanding of their design.
These digital tools improve the quality and speed at which we design, manage, prefabricate, and deliver. We immerse clients in the design process, enabling them and their stakeholders to virtually walk through the unbuilt space. This allows them to experience the design at human scale and provide meaningful feedback so that successful design outcomes can be achieved.
Sustainability
Our sustainability services are incorporated within our urban design, landscape, and architectural services, and as optional additional services.
We have several sustainability experts, led by our sustainability principal who has expertise in regenerative design principles.
We have Homestar accredited designers able to undertake Homestar assessments, Passive House designers able to design to Passive House standards, as well architects who have undertaken the internationally renowned Living Building Challenge.
Our sustainability services include, sustainability discovery workshops, site selection, and feasibility studies, sustainable landscapes, life cycle assessments, and thermal modelling to design for better energy use. We also have expertise in materiality and sustainable specifications that have adaptive reuse and sustainably sourced origins.
