When it comes to projects, one of our main tools for client communication is BIMx. This software delivers engaging, interactive 3D model and 2D documentation that can be viewed on Apple iOS, Android, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows.

BIMx offers an intuitive, game-like experience on tablets and smartphones, so clients can walk through their project and review sections, floor plans, detailed drawings, interior elevations, construction details, and layouts.

Our team creates designs in ArchiCAD, which are brought to life using BIMx technology, allowing clients to see their building from any device at any time. It’s fast, efficient and its hyper model technology bridges the gap between the design studio and the construction site. We send clients regular BIMx updates for viewing. It’s an excellent tool to engage with stakeholders so everyone knows where the project stands.

A coordinated BIM approach supports fast and accurate collaboration among all consultants and enables prefabrication, assets register, and facilities management. Quality assurance on projects is underpinned by a detailed BIM execution plan, level 2 BIM model, and consultant coordination and data delivery in an open-source environment.
