For Halo, Spark’s flagship retail space at Westfield Newmarket, we created a wholly individualised customer experience by using customer data, insights, and analytics to design a bespoke retail environment.
By focusing on how Spark customers think, feel, and behave, we built a three-phase customer journey that facilitates smooth movement throughout the store. Sustainable choices underpin the design, and the intuitive layout encourages both thoughtful purchase decisions and positive, memorable customer experiences.
With the changing pace of retail and customer demand, our client needed flexible, agile spaces which could easily host impromptu workshops, events and presentations. Alternatively, configurable spaces that transform into meeting rooms for more in-depth consultation with Spark team members.
To ensure their Halo teams were ready for customers on opening day, Spark worked with Context to use virtual reality (VR) in their onboarding programme.
