Context is Everything

Spanning two lots and 1.95 hectares, Hobsonville Point’s Kerepeti Development is an exercise in diversity.

Uku – built on the smaller of two sections – is a higher-density development of three-storey terraced housing along with a five-storey apartment building. Context delivered 97 homes in six different typologies, ensuring the development contributes positively to a socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable community.

Density can often come at the cost of privacy, but through carefully considered orientation, the development maintains privacy and separation for neigbours. Uku is a safe community by design with private, activated laneways, clear pedestrian connections, and open common areas with excellent over-looking from surrounding homes.
