The client proposed redeveloping the site to accommodate up to 130 villas, assisted living and independent apartment options, and associated community facilities, including a clubhouse centre.

Context’s vision for Henley Country Club is to create a unique sense of belonging within the regional landscape and existing ‘English Manor House’ setting. This approach considers enhancing the rural character and farm-life buildings and extending the aesthetic to new dwellings.

Staging the development will enable buildings to be delivered in phases with clear precincts and character areas, enabling simple connection to future growth areas, including additional land beyond the site and redevelopment of the adjacent pine forest.
