Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder Engagement
Our stakeholder engagement process is grounded in respect, collaboration, and genuine participation. Our Kaupapa Māori approach is an integral part of our standard engagement and design process, ensuring cultural considerations are embedded from the outset. We recognise the importance of building authentic relationships with iwi and community groups, and wherever possible, we explore opportunities for partnership through education and internship opportunities, and community initiatives that deliver long-term value.
Our team brings extensive experience engaging with diverse stakeholder bodies, including central and local government, complex private organisations, and multiple iwi groups. We prioritise in-person, kanohi ki te kanohi (face-to-face) engagement to foster trust, strengthen understanding, and enable meaningful dialogue.
Guided by te horopaki o ngā tangata, o te whenua, o te ao — the context of people, place, and the māori world view — we believe Context is Everything. By respecting protocols and incorporating cultural values, we enable outcomes that enhance cultural, social, and economic well-being for all.
