Located on the outskirts of Whangarei, this project comprises 55 units with a mix of terraced housing and three-level walk-up apartments catering to diverse housing needs.
The project was meticulously planned to incorporate the protected trees that border the site. Careful surveying and the development of solar analysis models ensured living areas received ample daylight.
The development is a study in brick, providing a low maintenance durability that will age gracefully, lending the community a sense of permanence.
The development is organised around a communal building available to residents for social gatherings along with common-space landscape elements that foster a strong sense of community.
