Context is Everything

Having been in less than adequate premises for over 2 years, Rhodes & Co were keen to make a statement in their new premises. The emphasis was on providing a spacious environment with good acoustics for the staff and an inviting reception space with a client focus.

The objectives of the project were to create a welcoming, timeless and professional environment to reflect the Rhodes & Co brand and the nature of their business. The client was keen to build a light and spacious environment with increased access to day-lit spaces for more people.  As with most workplaces there was a need to use the space efficiently by providing multi-use spaces that maintain personal space and acoustic privacy with some offices and quiet rooms and generate an inspirational environment that facilitates a high-performance culture.  All this combined with the need to encourage a collaborative and interactive work process while allowing for future flexibility, good circulation, efficient storage solutions.
