Context is Everything

Described as íconic Mt Manganui magic’ the Pacific Apartments is an eleven-story complex over a basement garage. It looks great however it had isolated issues which required remediation. The body corporate manager approached Context to lead the complex remediation required covering updates to roof level equipment, a full re-clad, extensive work to balconies, air conditioning, re-tanking and surfacing of the pool and surrounds and fire remediation along with a few other items.

From concept design to construction Context worked with the consultant team, build partner and the community to ensure minimal disruption and outcomes that delivered the required improvements and also added value to the owners.  For remediation we know how stressful dealing with a leaky issue can be. Our aim is to restore value, enhance the project and look after our clients all the way.
