The Oxford Terrace Apartments sit on an 1,100m2 site overlooking the Avon River Precinct — a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the central business district.
The existing building was an apartment block (designed by eminent architect Sir Miles Warren) that was badly damaged in the earthquakes of 2011.
Context designed a light-filled, modern interpretation of the original building, exploiting it’s picturesque river outlook.
Quality design and construction with a mix of private outdoor space, carefully designed shared spaces and close attention paid to acoustic attenuation, provides residents the benefits of substantially upgraded, modern living, in a prime location.
