Context is Everything

Context was engaged to design a display suite for a new residential development in Hobsonville Point, creating a powerful on-site marketing tool that reflects the elevated design standards of the homes it represents.

The glazed pavilion sits on a prominent corner site, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that flood the space with light by day and transform it into a glowing landmark by night. Architecturally simple yet bold, the suite encapsulates the Kerepeti brand, clean, modern, and thoughtful.

Inside, the buyer journey is carefully choreographed. Physical models introduce the Uku and Kerewhenua neighbourhoods, while full-scale kitchen and bathroom replicas allow visitors to experience the quality of finishes firsthand. Material samples are displayed like artefacts, and subtle wayfinding guides visitors toward the sales desk, creating a seamless, engaging experience from start to finish.
