Phase 2 of this 800-apartment complex is plan to add a further 600 apartments to the first stage of 200 apartments. In all the second phase includes these apartments, a childcare centre, commercial space and carparks. This will take a similar high-quality, higher-density development approach taking on the learnings from phase 1.
The project will be delivered in four stages, creating 800 apartments across the two-hectare site, with buildings ranging from five to 22 stories. The vision was to develop a thriving community; a high-quality scheme that maximises wellbeing and contributes to the surrounding area.
