This 800-apartment complex is part of Context’s portfolio of high-quality, higher-density developments. The first stage of 200 apartments is now complete.
The project will be delivered in four stages, creating 800 apartments across the two-hectare site, with buildings ranging from five to 22 stories. The mixed-use development includes 20-30 commercial and retail units.
The vision was to develop a thriving community; a high-quality scheme that maximises wellbeing and contributes to the surrounding area.
The masterplan is oriented to exploit excellent, existing amenities, including a landscaped lake and nearby park. A podium in the centre of the triangular site forms an important intersection where residents enjoy chance encounters.
