Context was engaged to review and refine the interior design package for a large retirement and aged care facility. The brief called for rationalisation and simplification of existing documentation, with targeted design interventions to improve cost efficiency and project clarity.

We delivered coordinated schedules of finishes, fittings, and joinery drawings, aligned with approved colour boards and specification requirements. The scope covered front-of-house areas, communal spaces, circulation zones, and accommodation — all within a complex, multi-layered environment.

Despite overlapping systems and evolving requirements, the outcome was a successful upgrade of integrated interior design that met the needs of both client and residents. The project delivered significant savings and improvements, with aspects of the solution now informing future workflows and adding long-term value.
