Our collaboration with Pask Winery in Hawke’s Bay resulted in a transformative project that blends modern design with the winery’s rich heritage. The redevelopment included a sophisticated restaurant, bar, and cellar door, inspired by French elegance and New Zealand’s wine culture. Deep blues and shining brass accents, along with lush tropical landscaping, create an inviting atmosphere for guests. The project also features a lavish private room and cellar, enhancing the wine tasting experience. This innovative design not only elevates the winery’s aesthetic but also supports its mission to offer authentic and sustainable tourism experiences.
